The TAPER 15CM high glass candle is a corked system which is placed in a candle holder and/or candelabra.
It should come as no surprise that the TAPER 15CM burns for as long as the TAPER24 cm does; namely 5 hours.
As a result of glass candles working very differently to wax candles; the former relying on a capillary action to combust fuel and at best to only a 10 cm height, the TAPER 15 CM being slightly higher was still made, regardless.
The TAPER 15 CM is unique in that only 3/4 of the oil in the glass candle burns, leaving the user to fill it up when the candle is left with about 1/4 its oil.
After 5 hours the flame starts to get smaller and smaller; not the ideal size which GCS favours.
This beautifully crafted product otherwise serves its purpose whether used by event companies, as a gift or in one's home.
